Hotels and Transportation

Picture
Milan is a beautiful city that is easily explored on foot or by public transportation. ASMMUN is located in a suburb of Milan called Noverasco. We have organized a private bus between the Lodi Metro station and the conference to facilitate staying at hotels in the city. See notes below for more information on transportation and hotels.
Transportation
ASMMUN provides free transportation to the conference and around Milan!

To facilitate travel, we have organized a bus that will take delegations between the city and the conference. This bus details for this bus are as follows:

would like to organize private transport.

Public transportation in Milan is also provided
We are lucky to be based in the beautiful city of Milan, and would like to help share it. Part of our mission is to promote internationalism, and we encourage you to include a cultural day in your planning to experience our part of Italy. To facilitate this, in addition to providing transportation to the conference to allow you to stay in the city proper, our fee also includes a 3-day pass for public transportation, valid from the date of first use. These allow use of all subways, trams, and busses in downtown Milan. Just remember that you need to stamp the ticket every time when entering the subway/metro or boarding buses/trams. To get to the subway, follow signs for "M". For more public transportation instructions, the official website is as follows: https://nuovosistematariffario.atm.it/en/

Map of the Milan metro system
Note that we recommend finding hotels near the Lodi or Porta Romana metro stops on the Yellow line. See below for more information.

Hotels

Based on the stop used for our provided bus service, we recommend staying in hotels/hostels around the Lodi and Porta Romana metro stations. However, note that any hotel near the Yellow Line metro or 90/91/92 bus lines would be easily accessible by public transportation.

All hotels and hostels below are walking distance to our bus conference bus stop, as well as the subway system and busses/trams. Moreover, they are all within 40 minutes walk of the Duomo and Navigli (or less than 20 minutes on public transportation, which is included with the conference!).

Important note: ASMMUN does not have any special prices with the hotels below and is not responsible for any issues that may arise from using them. These are simply recommendations.
